Ask TyeWhat is meal prep?
It means meals made ahead of time. You pick the food. We do the prep. It can save you time on shopping, cooking, and cleanup for the meals you choose.
How do I place a real order?
Pick your meals in the Square store. Check your address, delivery details, and total, then pay there. Order by Friday at noon for the next Sunday.
Is the demo a real order?
No. The menu demo lets you try the steps with sample prices. It does not charge money, send an order, or check your address. Use Square when you want to buy meals.
When do I need to order?
Place your order by Friday at noon. Your meals will be for the next Sunday. The cutoff gives us time to plan and prep your food.
When will my meals arrive?
Sunday delivery starts at 3 p.m. NYA will reach out after you order to pick a time with you. Delivery does not reach each home at 3 p.m.
Do you deliver to my home?
Check your street address in Square. See if delivery is offered at your home and check the full cost before you pay. Our Conway map is not a delivery map.
How much do the meals cost?
See Square for the current price of each meal and your full order total. Prices on our demo are just samples. The demo does not add delivery fees or tax.
Are macros included?
Yes. Macros come with every meal. That means protein, carbs, and fat. Calories are shown too.
Pick a meal on our food page to see its numbers. Extras can change the numbers, so check the meal on Square before you order.
What is in each meal?
Check the dish on Square for what is in it and any nutrition facts shown. Meal names and photos do not tell the whole story. Ask Tye if you need more details.
Can I ask about food allergies?
Yes. Email Tye about the dish before you order. Share your food needs and ask your questions first. Do not rely on a photo or meal name to make that choice.
How should I store or heat a meal?
Each dish can need a little different care. If you are not sure, email Tye with the meal name before you heat it.
